The Launch plan covers a website design or redesign with up to 5 standard informational pages and 2 rounds of design refinements before launch. It also includes high-performance VPS hosting accelerated by Cloudflare, secure HTTPS, security updates and backups, essential on-page search optimization, a standard inquiry form, and up to one hour of routine edits to existing pages each month after launch. Additional pages, professional photography, custom features, and ongoing marketing are quoted separately.

We agree on the sitemap, content, and features before starting. Larger websites—including a 25-page redesign—receive a custom proposal rather than the Launch plan.

Absolutely. I start by getting to know your business, then create one design direction around your goals. Your website includes 2 rounds of design refinements before launch: one for the initial design and one for the complete site. These cover the whole website, not each page separately. For each round, you send one collected list of feedback. If you want additional rounds or a different direction beyond the agreed scope, we’ll agree on the cost before any extra work begins. Correcting my errors or bringing the work into line with the agreed specifications doesn’t use a revision round.

No. There is no setup fee for the standard five-page Launch plan. Onboarding, reviewing your business information and existing site, planning the agreed pages, and initial project setup are included in the $179 monthly plan. Larger or more complex builds are quoted up front. We confirm the scope, schedule, and payment terms before work starts.

The monthly plan spreads the cost of designing and building your website over the first year while including hosting and ongoing care. The initial commitment is 12 payments of $179: $2,148 in total, with no setup fee for the standard plan. Optional photography and other separately quoted services are additional.

You own your domain and supplied business assets from the start. After 12 successful monthly payments, the portable website files are yours. Third-party assets keep their original license terms. Service then continues month to month, with 30 days’ notice to end it.

Your website is hosted on high-performance virtual private server (VPS) infrastructure and accelerated by Cloudflare’s content delivery network. In plain English: capable hosting behind your site, with content delivered closer to visitors to help pages load quickly. Jeff manages the setup and secure HTTPS connection for you.

Yes. You can keep your existing domain. We review your hosting and email setup before launch so a website move is planned around your current email service. Domain registration and email services are discussed separately.

Changing hours, swapping photos, updating a team member, revising service descriptions, or adding a promotion to an existing page are typical examples. The allowance starts after launch and covers up to one hour per month for routine changes to existing pages—not extra pre-launch design rounds. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, copywriting projects, and marketing campaigns are quoted separately; they do not become included work just because you have edit time available. Additional routine content edits beyond the included hour are billed at $150/hour, with the cost agreed before work begins.

No. Bring your existing website, logo, photos, and a basic explanation of what you do. Jeff will help organize the information and identify what is missing. Any substantial new copywriting or photography is discussed before it becomes extra work.

Yes. Jeff is a professional photographer with more than 30 years of experience and professional cameras, lenses, and lighting. He offers commercial product photography in a fully equipped studio with professional lighting, drawing on extensive experience with major brands and clients. On-site photographs of your team, location, and work are also available. Photography is optional and quoted separately from the website plan; the shoot and image deliverables are agreed in advance.

That depends on the agreed scope, available content, and how quickly feedback comes back. You’ll get a realistic schedule after the first conversation and approve the site before it goes live.

The plan includes a search-friendly structure and essential on-page optimization. Ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile work, content, and advertising are separate services. Search rankings and lead volume depend on competition and other factors, so we don’t guarantee a particular result.
