Yes. We configure Bricks with content editing permissions so you can change the text, images, and component content we make editable. Layout, styling, and structural controls stay restricted. You get a walkthrough of your own site so you know what to edit and how to preview your changes. New layouts and changes to the design system are handled separately.

A collection keeps similar information organized: team members, completed projects, testimonials, or locations, for example. The plan includes one collection with an agreed set of fields and listing and detail layouts. You add and edit records in WordPress using clearly labeled fields. We choose ACF or Meta Box to suit the project; you don’t need to manage field definitions or build layouts. Additional collections, complex data relationships, and changes to the agreed structure are quoted separately.

Yes. Native WordPress blogging is included alongside your custom collection. We build the blog listing and post layout; you can write, preview, schedule, and publish posts. The blog and collection layouts are additional to the five core pages. Posts and collection records you create within the agreed structure do not use your monthly content-help hour or count as new core pages. Initial content entry is agreed before work starts; ongoing writing and bulk imports are separate services.

Enhanced site search helps visitors find the agreed pages, blog posts, and collection content. We confirm which content and fields are searchable during planning. One inquiry or lead form is included, built with Fluent Forms Pro, along with authenticated email delivery through SMTP2GO and sender branding for your domain. Advanced filtering, extra forms, payment flows, and CRM integrations are scoped separately. Form delivery also depends on correct domain settings and the receiving email provider.

Selser Media’s agency subscriptions and license keys stay with Selser Media. Coverage for the agreed premium tools is included while your managed hosting plan is active, where the vendor permits it. That coverage does not transfer with website ownership. If you leave, you arrange your own licenses for continued vendor updates, support, and features or services that require an active license. We identify those dependencies for your handoff. Each product’s own license terms still apply.

Your domain and supplied business assets are yours from the start. After 12 successful monthly payments, the portable website files and database are yours, subject to third-party license terms. Service then continues month to month, with 30 days’ notice to end it. Agency subscriptions and license keys are excluded from the handoff. We agree on any migration work and replacement licenses before a move; early-exit arrangements belong in your service agreement.

The plan includes email delivery for the agreed website form, not hosted business email inboxes. You can keep your current email provider. For newsletters and campaigns, we can separately quote Brevo onboarding and branded email templates and layouts. Your Brevo account and sending charges are paid directly by you; ongoing campaign writing and management are separate services.

Up to one hour of routine content help is included each month after launch. Additional content help is $150/hour, with the cost agreed before work begins. Hosting, backups, monitoring, and routine software maintenance are separate from that content-hour allowance. New features, additional design rounds, structural changes, and substantial copywriting receive a separate quote.
